Huntingdon district burglary update

Detectives from the burglary team are investigating a number of offences, the following have been reported since 18/08/2017. Can you help provide any information relating to these incidents?

Cordell Close, St Ives 18/08/2017 00:01 – 21/08/2017 18:00. Unknown offenders have forced entry to a house by using a blunt instrument to break the front door lock. A tidy search was conducted in parts of the house and Jewellery has been stolen. CF0480690817

Trent Close, St Ives 18/08/2017 12:00 – 20/08/2017 12:00. Unknown suspect/s have entered the rear garden by unknown means. They have then proceeded to apply red tape to the utility window and smash it, putting their hand through the broken glass and turning the key in the back door to open it. They have conducted a tidy search leaving valuable electronic items but possibly removed jewellery. Possible occurred during the night of 19th August 2017. CF0478170817

Hayes Walk, Elton 19/08/2017. A house has been burgled for the second time in two weeks. It is believed keys were stolen in the first burglary were used to gain entry second time round. CF0476620817

The Crescent, St Ives 19/08/2017 20:00 – 20/08/2017 06:30. A suspect has entered the house through an already damaged back door and stolen cash, clothing and keys. CF0478360817

Queens Gardens, Eaton Socon 20/08/2017 21:20. Whilst the occupant was alone upstairs multiple unknown offenders have forced open a rear door with a rock then damaged a TV and DVD player with this rock. Keys were stolen from the address CF0479200817

West End, Somersham 18/08/2017 05:32. Two offenders have been caught on CCTV forcing entry to a garage and have stolen electric power tools. One was a white male with short hair wearing a blue hooded top with white writing on the arms. The other was a white Female wearing a grey top. CF0473520817

The Lane, Old Hurst 17/08/2017 21:00 – 18/08/2017 09:00. Unknown offenders have snapped off a handle to a garage door. The lock has remained intact and no entry was gained. CF0473740817

Peartree Walk, Yaxley 08/08/2017 14:00 – 21/08/2017 20:30. Unknown offenders have stolen from a wooden garage. 3 large cardboard boxes have been stolen containing electrical equipment, paintings and figurines. There is no sign of forced entry. CF0481040817

The Heath, Bluntisham 23/08/2017 17:00 – 24/08/2017 06:45. A gate lock has been cut allowing access to a site. Car batteries and scrap metal have been stolen from containers. CF0485180817
